Patricia, the founder and managing director, is a marketing and communications expert with successful experience working in for-profit corporations and non-profit organizations in the USA and Canada.
- Patricia started her career as a successful account planner at Foote, Cone and Belding in Toronto. She moved to the client side at Kraft Foods in marketing and market research working on iconic brands including Nabisco, Post Cereals and Maxwell House Coffee. She was appointed Lead Facilitator for change management during a major corporate restructuring.
- To advance her career, she moved to the Campbell Soup Company as Director of Marketing Insights for Campbell’s Canada and then transferred to Campbell’s USA. She received the DAVID OGILVY GOLD MEDAL AWARD for excellence in advertising strategy and was also recognized for her groundbreaking work on the Soup Brands Market Segmentation. She was promoted to Director of Global Consumer Insights where she served as an internal consultant to the global Campbell organization.
- Following a successful stint in independent consulting, Patricia was tapped into the building products industry as General Manager at Armstrong World Industries where she led the development of viable insights and strategies to revitalize the Armstrong corporate brand across product lines and new businesses.
In 2007, Patricia started her own consulting practice and expanded the business to non-profit organizations.
